Reviews » AccuConference

The AccuConference brand belongs to TalkPath LLC, a Las Vegas based company. TalkPath LLC started operations in 2002 and they have focused on conference calling services ever since.

"If we don't have it, we will build it for you" is what we read on TalkPath's website among other promises. In other words this company seems to be able to customize their services according to a customer's needs, especially business customers who are looking for more complex conference call/video conference solutions.

What we liked about this provider: clean, fast loading and informative website, customer oriented with 24/7 live support.

AccuConference customer reviews

Completely dishonest company
I have had only problems with this company. Credits to my account disappear. Many erroneous and spurious charges appear (e.g. payphone surcharges when calls not made from payphone, etc.). Emails go unanswered. Uncompleted calls get charged. Phantom charges get placed on my credit card. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Horrible Customer Service
For no apparent reason this company gave us the worse service I've encountered online. They probably didn't want our business, as they demanded many authorization considering my company's wereabout, and did not confirm them after they've been sent.
Their product might be fine, but we never got to use it.
