Cellular phones and pacemakers
While this happens rarely, studies have clearly proven that cell phones
do sometimes have a negative influence on the functioning of pacemakers,
if placed or used within 8 inches of them. To avoid potential health
problems you should try not to place or use your wireless device close
to your pacemaker. This potential health risk has been eliminated with
new pacemaker models equipped with a ceramic filter. For more info on
