Reviews » Tel3 prepaid

Tel3.com is based in Miami, FL and has been offering the Tel 3 advantage plan since 1994. The company boasts its own "proprietary network infrastructure" allowing them to offer a quality service at low rates.

The prepaid long distance plan from Tel 3 has become quite popular over the years for 2 reasons: low rates and an easy to understand/use service. Basically you prepay for a certain amount and start making calls immediately. No extra fees are charged - just the per minute rate.

Tel 3 customer reviews

Tel3 is terrible
Tel3 is a terrible company. It took my money and close my account!.The company should not be allowed to operate in this business. I was patient with this company for a while inspite the contious bad serivce it is offering. Suddenly I can not use the account after tel3 took my money. When I ask what the reason, somebody in customer service informed me that somebody in the sale dept has decided to close my account because tel3 can not service some of the countries I used to call. But I was call this country since I opened the account. So I asked any reason why this decision was taken? the sad answer was no reason!

Poor Quality
Tel3 is easy to use and cheap but connection is poor quality. Sometimes it's hard to hear the other person and cuts off and on. I guess you pay for what you get.

Domestic calls
I use Tel3 for state to state calls. The 1.9 rate is really low and I don't mind dialing the access number (I actually speed dial it).
