Reviews » Enjoy Prepaid phone cards

Enjoy Prepaid is a prepaid calling card service offered by Nobel. The service is a bit different from the now classic Nobel phone cards. Calling rates with Enjoy Prepaid tend to be a bit lower, however there are other details one should pay attention to. Most importantly, dollar denominations for these cards are higher than the ones you can get with Nobel calling cards. Also, pay attention to the minimum amount of minutes you will pay for each call!

Being offered by Nobel, the Enjoy Prepaid cards should provide the same quality service plus 24/7 support.

No Problems
We've used it for years to call Brazil with no major problems. Sometimes there is a delay but 95% of the time, everything is good. It's cheaper than google voice because google was not registering the number I was calling as a Sao Paulo number...so can't complain as of yet.

Ripping off
One louisy service. Call did not go through but balance went down so did the remaining time. One thing I noticed these businesses starts with good service and later goes bad and pop up again with different name. Goverment shoud regulate this prepaid business.

Royal Runaround
Same problems as above. Haven't made a connection once using "Nobel" to a number I call all the time using different calling cards. Also their system recognizes the phone as a land line instead of a cell phone. This leads to an 8 cent a minute higher rate which is a moot point anyway since I can never make a connection. This has been my experience with "Noble".

Cuts off after 1 hour of talk, if and when the call gets thru
Used to be an OK service but not anymore. Sometimes calls lasting 1 hour will be cut off by automated voice telling your remaining balance on the card. Right after that, if you try calling to reconnect, the automated voice tells the call cannot be connected. What gives???? Nowhere on the disclosed terms show any limits on the call duration or that subsequent calls to the same number can't connect. Shop elsewhere.

Don't Enjoy Noble Prepaid
Several years ago I got a $50 prepaid card for calls to Australia. In the being I had no problems calling from home or cell phone.
Now I've tried several weeks different times of the day and not connection. Customer service tells me I'm dailing wrong or the lines are down. I've dialed the same number for 10yrs. And the person in AU gets thru. Don't go with Noble.!!
